What's Cookin' at Campo Sasso?

There's a good chance that you love Italy, food, or wine if you landed on our page.

Our first project at Campo Sasso -- besides of course 1) renting the property short term to a few lucky visitors and 2) doing olive oil tastings (that you can join on the Chianti Tradition wine tour from Florence) -- is an independent cooking show that we are developing with various chefs and foodies we admire around Italy and beyond.

1st episode: Tortelli with Pecorino cheese and green asparagus
