Before You Book
Campo Sasso is offered exclusively as a whole-house rental and does not provide individual room accommodation.
Stays are designed for couples, families or groups of friends travelling together. The villa accommodates a maximum of six registered guests in three king-size en-suite bedrooms.
We recommend stays of five to six nights, ideally arriving on Saturday and departing on Friday. A car is required to reach Campo Sasso and to explore the surrounding area independently.

Personalise Your Stay After Booking
There is no need to choose your optional services or activities when booking the villa. Once your stay at Campo Sasso is confirmed, Pierre and Rebecca will contact you to help personalise your time in Tuscany.
Breakfast baskets, daily housekeeping, private chef services, food and wine experiences and other activities can all be arranged at a later stage, subject to availability and at an additional cost.
Payment Schedule:
To confirm your reservation, 75% of the accommodation total is due at the time of booking.
The remaining 25% is due six weeks before arrival.
For reservations made within six weeks of arrival, the full amount is due at the time of booking.
Cancellation policy:
We understand that plans can change. The amount refunded depends on how far in advance the cancellation is received.
Cancellation before 20 weeks: we retain 10% of the paid amount, you are refunded 90%
Cancellation at 20-12 weeks: we retain 50% of the paid amount, you are refunded 50%
Cancellation at 12-6 weeks: we retain 70% of the paid amount, you are refunded 30%
Cancellation at 6-4 weeks: we retain 85% of the paid amount, you are refunded 15%
Cancellation less than 4 weeks - or no-show: no refund

All cancellations must be submitted in writing. We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellation, medical emergencies and travel disruption.

HOUSE RULES
Campo Sasso is a private home created to be enjoyed with care and respect.

The villa may be occupied only by the registered guests included in the reservation.

The maximum occupancy is six guests.

Smoking is not permitted inside the villa.

Parties, events and additional visitors are not permitted without prior written agreement.

Lights, air conditioning and electrical appliances should be switched off when leaving the house.

Windows and doors must be closed and locked when the villa is unattended.

Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.

Quiet enjoyment of the property and respect for the surrounding countryside are expected.

The villa and its designated guest areas are reserved exclusively for your group. Campo Sasso is also part of a living Jollie property that includes cheese-ageing cellars and an agroforestry vineyard.
On certain mornings, small scheduled Grape Tours groups may visit the cheese-cellar area and the adjoining agricultural spaces. These visits do not include access to the villa or its indoor guest areas.
