This is our very own selection of balsamic vinegar that comes from a small family farm in the hills of Modena. It is made from grape must, boiled down the first days after harvest, and then aged for an average of ten years in wooden barrels. This gives the balsamic its typical thick consistency and incredible intensity. The vinegar is great on salads, grilled greens, and meats, but also on delicacies like aged cheese (Parmesan for example), strawberries, and peaches just to mention a few.
