Olio del Campo is a celebration of olive oils from our fields at Campo Sasso and the beautiful Chianti Classico region!
We harvest our olives in late October and early November, just when they reach the perfect level of ripeness. This timing gives us a high-quality olive oil brimming with polyphenols and packed with vibrant flavor. We adore olive oils with a fresh, fruity green taste, and just the right amount of peppery zing!
Our signature olive oil is DOP certified, proudly representing the Chianti Classico area, and features the finest olive varieties—Frantoio, Leccino, and Moraiolo. Plus, it’s certified organic, so you can enjoy it knowing it's free from any chemical residues.
